Uzbekistan has begun to implement the process of renewal in two interconnected directions. The first consists of a set of reforms carried out in the country's internal world, that is, in the economy, spirituality, politics, lifestyle, while the second direction consists of improving the spiritual image of New Uzbekistan in the international community, the landscape of the social environment, that is, stabilizing conflicts between opposing forces, transition to a culture of unity, peace, cooperation with international organizations against terrorism, drug trafficking, extremism, which pose a common threat to humanity, and a set of other activities. The path chosen by New Uzbekistan is the path of forming a people-oriented state and society, where human dignity is paramount, and rights and freedoms are legally guaranteed
