The goal of the current study is to make comparison between Russia and Ukraine strategic endurance in the full-scale war from 24 February 2022 to 8 August 2026 by the model of Clausewitz's ‘remarkable trinity'. It poses the question of the relationship between government, armed forces and society to link political purpose, military adaptation and social willingness with staying power in prolonged attrition.
