This article examines the semantic features of cybersecurity terminology in English and Uzbek. Particular attention is paid to semantic fields, synonymy, polysemy, metaphorical transfer, borrowing, calquing, and semantic adaptation. The analysis demonstrates that English cybersecurity terminology is highly dynamic and internationally oriented, while Uzbek terminology develops through borrowing, transliteration, descriptive translation, and the creation of functional equivalents.
