This study is devoted to the study of the main types of hormonal disorders associated with infertility in men and the mechanisms of their development. The study analyzes the effect of changes in testosterone, follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), and prolactin levels on spermatogenesis. The clinical significance of hormonal imbalances, diagnostic methods, and their role in improving male reproductive health are highlighted
