This disease occurs in different forms: dilated, hypertrophic, restrictive, and arrhythmogenic right ventricular dysplasia. Cardiomyopathy can be accompanied by heart failure, arrhythmias and thromboembolic complications. The etiology of the disease may be related to genetic, infectious, toxic, autoimmune or metabolic factors. Clinical symptoms include shortness of breath, fatigue, palpitations, and edema. Treatment options include medications (ACE-inhibitors, beta-blockers, diuretics), invasive procedures (ICD, CRT, heart transplant), and lifestyle changes. Prevention includes heart health care, risk factor management, and regular checkups. Early detection and treatment of cardiomyopathy is important in improving the patient's quality of life and reducing complications
Samandar Kochiboyev Ismatulla ugli Copyright (c) 2024 Samandar Kochiboyev Ismatulla ugli https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 2025-01-16 2025-01-16 40 6 8 Evaluation Of The Acetylation Process And Blood Lipid Profile In Patients With Chronic Periodontitis Associated With Hepatitis C https://zienjournals.com/index.php/tjms/article/view/5879
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships between allelic variants of acetylation and the blood lipid profile in patients with chronic periodontitis associated with hepatitis C. Biochemical studies were conducted on 42 individuals aged 18–45 years (24 men and 18 women) diagnosed with chronic periodontitis associated with chronic hepatitis C. The acetylation phenotype in saliva and the blood lipid spectrum were studied. A higher prevalence of the disease was noted among patients with a slow acetylation phenotype in saliva, averaging 17% in the primary group. Patients with a slow acetylation phenotype demonstrated elevated triglyceride levels, which were accompanied by lower concentrations of cholesterol, high-density lipoproteins (HDL), and low-density lipoproteins (LDL) in the blood.
Abdiyusupova K.M Khaydarov A.M Khadzhimetov A.A Khaydarova S.E Copyright (c) 2025 https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 2025-01-14 2025-01-14 40 1 5 Modern Approaches To Studying Etiopathogenesis, Clinics And Treatment Of Acute Bronchiolitis In Children https://zienjournals.com/index.php/tjms/article/view/5895
The article describes the course , clinic, etiopathogenesis, A review of scientific articles on the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of acute bronchiolitis is presented. Acute bronchiolitis is an acute inflammatory disease of the lower respiratory tract, characterized by primary damage to the small bronchi and bronchioles, which develops mainly in children of chest age. Acute bronchiolitis most often occurs in the 1st year of life of children (in more than 80% of cases), 7-14% of them require treatment in inpatient conditions, while it is the most common cause of hospitalization in children under 2 years of age worldwide. To date, some issues of differential diagnosis remain problematic, especially the differential diagnosis of bronchiolitis and pneumonia caused by respiratory syncytial virus
Davletova Fotima Otabekovna Copyright (c) 2025 https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 2025-01-21 2025-01-21 40 9 13 Hip and knee arthroplasties in military personnel improve unilateral spinal anesthesia combined with unilateral epidural analgesia. https://zienjournals.com/index.php/tjms/article/view/5896
Surgery is often performed on the feet to produce the necessary sensory blockade with minimal effects on the sympathetic nervous system . application of local anesthesia (SA, EA). preferred [133; 105-115 p].
