Low-frequency ultrasound is a modern method of physical therapy that can penetrate deeply into tissue and cause various biological reactions. Research shows that the use of lowfrequency ultrasound can have a positive effect on the condition of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses, improving mucociliary clearance, facilitating the outflow of secretions and improving the penetration of antiseptic solutions into tissues. The combined use of low-frequency ultrasound with antiseptics and other medications can also enhance their effect on the affected areas. It is important to continue research to determine the optimal parameters for use and safety of this method. Overall, the use of low-frequency ultrasound represents a promising approach to developing more effective treatments for diseases of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses
Nurov U.I Shodieva M.B Copyright (c) 2023 https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 2023-09-22 2023-09-22 24 13 17 Information Technologies in Education E- Learning Methodocal Complex for the Discipline “English For Specific Purposes ” https://zienjournals.com/index.php/tjms/article/view/4395
In this article the concept of an electronic educational-methodical complex (e-EMC) as an important tool for teaching methodologies in various disciplines, including the overall purpose and content of a subject or course, didactic processes, and forms of organization for training of the specialists for IT sphere is considered. The author describes several clinical cases in which salivary concretions of unusually large sizes were discovered and studied. The article presents data on the localization of stones, sizes, as well as complications resulting from their presence. The analysis of the presented clinical observations allows us to draw conclusions about the unusual and rare nature of this type of salivary stone disease. A detailed description of clinical cases, including the results of multispiral tomography and orthopantomogram, allows us to better understand the features of the formation and development of large salivary stones in the submandibular salivary gland. This article has practical value for dentists and medical specialists involved in the diagnosis and treatment of salivary stone disease. It provides additional knowledge about possible complications associated with large salivary stones, and also emphasizes the importance of timely detection and removal of such stones to prevent possible complications and improve the quality of life of patients.
Zhumaev Laziz Razhabovich Copyright (c) 2023 https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 2023-09-21 2023-09-21 24 21 26 The Role of Metabolic Syndrome in The Nature of Postinfarction Remodeling of The Heart in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure https://zienjournals.com/index.php/tjms/article/view/4410
The aim is to study of heart’s structure and hemodynamic indicators according to composition of metabolic syndrome components in the patient with chronic heart failure (CHF)functional class (FC) IIIII. 62 men-patient with cardiosclerosis after heart attack were examined by the way of echocardiography on CHF FC II-III (NYHA). The criteria for the diagnosis and treatment of pneumonia have been developed a long time ago and are clearly formulated. However, one has to deal with underdiagnosis and irrational therapy, which is observed more often at the outpatient stage. A comparative analysis of recommendations published recently in a number of countries on the diagnosis and treatment of pneumonia in children was carried out. We studied the timeliness of diagnosis and the adequacy of therapy at the outpatient stage in 167 hospitalized children with pneumonia.
Abdullaeva Dilmurakhan Akhmadullaevna Copyright (c) 2023 https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 2023-09-28 2023-09-28 24 28 30
