https://zienjournals.com/index.php/tjm/article/view/5740

Arterial hypertension, a significant risk factor for cardiovascular illnesses, has posed intricate management issues, especially in patients following COVID-19. Recent evidence indicates that COVID-19's effects on cardiovascular health may modify traditional hypertension therapy protocols. Recent studies reveal that post-COVID-19 patients frequently experience increased cardiovascular strain, which may be mitigated with non-pharmacological therapies. Investigating non-pharmacological strategies, such as lifestyle alterations encompassing physical activity, nutrition, and stress reduction, may offer alternative means to maintain blood pressure without dependence on medication. This retrospective study evaluates the effectiveness of these ways in managing arterial hypertension in post-COVID-19 patients, with the objective of identifying feasible strategies for preserving cardiovascular health and comprehending the wider implications of COVID-19 on hypertensive disorders.
Khaidarov J. https://zienjournals.com/index.php/tjm/article/view/5732

Thermopsis turcica is an endemic species present in Türkiye and it is seen as a source of functional compounds such as antioxidant phenolics. Even though some biological activities of the aerial parts of T. turcica have been determined, knowledge regarding the organ-specific chemical composition and effects on human breast cancer is still scarce. Therefore, the present study aims to evaluate the antioxidant capacities, phenolic acid profiles, and potential biological activities of methanol extracts obtained from the leaf, flower, and stem tissues of T. turcica
Abdiravidov Temurbek AbdumannonovichHikmatova Shukrona Ismatovna Abzalova Zumrad Jurayevna

https://zienjournals.com/index.php/tjm/article/view/5733

Amazon Inc., founded by Jeff Bezos in 1994, has grown from a small garage-based operation selling books into one of the world's largest companies, with a market cap exceeding $1 trillion. Today, Amazon boasts a robust global supply chain management (SCM) system, integrating advanced technologies such as robotics, artificial intelligence, and cloud computing to ensure efficient, timely deliveries. Despite its cutting-edge logistics network, the company faces significant challenges, including reliance on third-party carriers like USPS and UPS for last-mile deliveries, the "bullwhip effect" distorting demand forecasting, and high shipping costs impacting profitability. This paper examines three potential solutions to address these challenges: increasing the use of Amazon Flex drivers for last-mile deliveries, integrating supply chain systems with suppliers, and automating warehouses with more robotic technology. Each solution is analyzed for its advantages, including improved delivery control, greater efficiency, and cost savings, as well as its drawbacks, such as increased operational complexity, high upfront investment costs, and potential labor issues. Drawing from personal experience as a trucking company assistant involved in Amazon's SCM, the paper provides a detailed discussion on the practicality of these solutions, emphasizing the importance of balancing efficiency and cost while maintaining customer satisfaction and protecting Amazon's reputation.
Anvarjon Niyazov

https://zienjournals.com/index.php/tjm/article/view/5749

The article explores key aspects of linguistic relationships and basic language units from the perspective of systemic analysis. Special attention is given to three types of relationships: paradigmatic, syntagmatic, and hierarchical, which define the organization of language as a communicative system. Particular focus is placed on the interaction of invariants and variants, as well as the combinations of linguistic units in speech. The article presents a deep analysis of the mechanisms that ensure the integrity and functioning of the linguistic system. This approach allows for the identification of the structure of language based on invariants and variants of linguistic elements
Guzal Abdukhalimovna Rakhmatullaeva

https://zienjournals.com/index.php/tjm/article/view/5835

This article discusses the control and supply of production processes through electric currents, which is a characteristic feature of living organisms. As a result, living cells in the human body vibrate due to rapid muscle contractions, which are primarily caused by disruptions in bioelectrical processes. The human body is primarily controlled by bioelectrical currents. This is caused by the effect of high-voltage electric current from the external environment, which disrupts the regulation of bioelectric currents. As a result, an electric shock occurs in the human body, leading to disturbances in the respiratory system and failure of the circulatory system
Khalmirzayev Shavkatbek Kurbanovich

https://zienjournals.com/index.php/tjm/article/view/5852

The research study aimed to identify the relationship between trait anxiety and scoring accuracy in futsal among students of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, University of Maysan. The researcher assumed the existence of a statistically significant relationship between trait anxiety and scoring accuracy in futsal. The researcher used the descriptive approach using the survey method as it is the best and easiest method in achieving the research objectives, as survey studies focus on the present and study the situation in greater depth, while providing the researcher with detailed and analytical information called the study of the current situation. The research sample included (26) students out of (30) students after excluding (4) students for lack of cooperation, where the sample percentage was (40)% of the total original community. The research results showed the emergence of a statistically significant correlation between trait anxiety and scoring accuracy in futsal.
Assistant Lect. Younis Sabih Abdullah
